What takes most time from you?
What do you THINK it is, and if you did the time audit, what actually was it? Mine the first time I did it was marketing and replying to customer messages in all the ways they came in and website small edits... I got rid of all of that the first time I ever did my time audit. It took around 6 months to fully say I let it go and automation or someone else did it but its years later and I still dont do this! but it gets done!
