I have used paid learning sites for a long time, I also have used companies videos to teach myself ALOT for FREE (yes it's harder that way but I'm actually very frugal HAHA) Mainly to learn automation with www.Zapier.com and www.Make.com ... these 2 platforms have changed my life and made me alot of money!!!! If you have LinkedIn Learning look up any free courses for these. Also visit YouTube, Zapier and Make to watch free content. Also Make and Zapier have regular webinars to teach small automations.

What do you THINK it is, and if you did the time audit, what actually was it? Mine the first time I did it was marketing and replying to customer messages in all the ways they came in and website small edits... I got rid of all of that the first time I ever did my time audit. It took around 6 months to fully say I let it go and automation or someone else did it but its years later and I still dont do this! but it gets done!

I want to know the honest truth, did you do it? Why or why not? I want to make it more realistic so I'm really looking for feedback :) I really want to help ya'll stop doing it all!
