Welcome. I'm Ron Coleman, and I wrote Walking Out of the Blast after losing my wife Kim to cancer and surviving leukemia myself, both within a few years of each other. This group exists because a book alone can't walk with you. People can. Here's how this works. Step one: Grab the free companion workbook, pinned below, Sections 1 to 3. It follows the book in order, one section at a time. Step two: Each section has a Healing Tracker (three quick lines), a recap of that part of the book, a few exercises, and a discussion prompt for this group, if you want to share. Step three: Nothing here is required. Post as much or as little as you want. Some sections are private by design, meant for your own writing, not the group. Step four: If grief ever feels like more than you can carry alone, please reach out to a counselor, chaplain, or doctor. This group is a companion, not a substitute for professional care. Glad you're here. Still walking, together. Ron

Your Complete Workbook (All 18 Sections)
You're in, which means the whole book is now open to you. This is the complete companion workbook, all eighteen sections, following Walking Out of the Blast from Chapter 1 through the Epilogue. Each section has a Healing Tracker, a recap of that part of the book, a few exercises pulled straight from the book's own end-of-chapter exercises, and a discussion prompt for this group. Go at your own pace. Nothing here is required.
