Start clipping your daughter's best moments from games to create her first highlight video. This is a crucial tool for getting noticed. 2. Social Media Presence Ensure you or your daughter creates soccer-focused social media accounts. If she isn't already, begin posting content regularly. Aim for at least one post per week to build a consistent presence. (If it’s on X, have her tag me so I can repost!) 3. Coach Outreach You or your daughter should begin building a list of potential schools. This list should be broad and include programs at all levels: Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3. Don't limit your options early on. 4. ID Clinic/Showcase Calendar Consider attending a local ID clinic, whether it's at a single school or a multi-school event. This will help your daughter understand what it's like to play in front of college coaches. Think of it more as an educational exercise than a direct recruitment opportunity at this stage. 5.
