Sending holiday blessings to all. The Winter Solstice has passed and we are dancing into the new year as the light ascends in the northern hemisphere. Good morning everyone. Just a quick suggestion about getting started in the course. Each video is short and concise, about 5 to 7 minutes, and leads to the next video. If you spend just 10 minutes on one or two videos a day, you’ll be through the course in a month or two.. it always comes back to the breath., And breath is infinite, wave by wave. Enjoy the journey!
