Loving this course!
I'm really enjoying this gem of a learning experience! I appreciate how intentional each word in each in each lesson is, each sound carrying meaningful purpose at an absorbable pace for deep integration. I'm opening to a deeper listening within me, where music, breath, and the elements are merging into one living language of healing. I love the variety of instruments you share which open so many possibilities to explore. Also, for how intimidating music theory can be, you've offered the clearest explanations and guidance I've found. I love the supportive system you've developed and diagrams that be applied to any instrument. This course is structured beautifully, bridging the mystical and the musical, and I'm excited to practice some new skills, like the pacing of my playing and balance of sound and silence through the Ocean Wave Buddha Breath. What is everyone else excited about practicing or applying?

Breath, sound, movement and meditation
With these four pillars, I keep my life in balance. Conscious breathing, creating sounds that are pleasing and nurturing, movement to keep my body flexible and alive and meditation to drop into the stillness.. I am grateful for this life. What practices do you employ that inspire you to keep going?

Daily meditation, journaling, and focused practice with my instruments so I can progress with them all collectively. From there experiencing the fruits, journeying deeper into my personal playing, recordings, and sound healing sessions, which remains my most nourishing happy place :)
