Sending holiday blessings to all. The Winter Solstice has passed and we are dancing into the new year as the light ascends in the northern hemisphere. Here is a picture from my Winter Solstice event in Mt Shasta. I'm looking forward to working with more of you in 2026 and doing some sound healing events with Starwater & Sol. Thank you all for being here in our community of sonic alchemists.

All my life I've felt called to music, yet until now haven't found an instrument that called to me, that wanted to be a partner in sound with me. Bodhi suggested the harmonica in one of his sound healing lessons. Now, simply breathing with it and listening to what we want together, I'm finding the pleasure and fulfillment of exploring an instrument's possibilities rather than trying to learn them from someone else. Approaching this instrument in that way has me far more engaged than if I were taking lessons to learn what others have found. Of course, I know that can be useful but, for me , not without that process of creating a personal relationship first. Thank you, Bodhi, for opening that portal.
