DAY 9: What Does Creative Freedom Feel Like?
Mantra:. My creativity is most alive when I roll down the window to my life and allow in the full color of my soul. Today's art working with decoupage.
DAY 9: What Does Creative Freedom Feel Like?
DAY 5: What Feels Lighter Now? Reflect on the shift
My ability to say "no", and to set boundaries without insult and feeling the lift of another burden that's not mine to carry.
30 Day - Module 1-Day 3 Engagement option
Most of my art journaling is drawn from what is delivered to me during meditation. I then create the images from my subconscious onto paper and try to decode what they mean in my own life. Private moment: Personal discovery isn’t always easy. This last journal entry I concluded that I have not stepped into my true potential and by not doing so I am leaving behind a gift that God has been trying to give me. My heart (core belief) tells me this is a betrayal. I cried hard when understanding this eye-opening moment. Now I am taking action to create my dream life.
Day 2 - Clear one block
This one was tough, but clearing social circles that don't assist my growth or development. It was sad acknowledging it, but allows me to focus more on who I need to surround myself. Example groups like this. Learning to build the house one brick at a time instead of rushing to the end result and coming to a complete stop with nowhere else to go. Mantra for the day: My voice matters.
