I finally cracked these on my third attempt with zero yoghurt left in the fridge 😄
I started out making bagels, but on round two I switched to rolls… and honestly? I preferred them. Same dough, just a softer consistency.

Each roll comes in at 219 calories, 7g fibre and 13g protein, which makes them a fantastic base before adding in a filling.
Had one for lunch today with:
- canned tuna
- and my favourite kind of arugula (the type that’s hard to find) 🌿
I’m going to freeze a few tonight to see how they hold up (because freezer-friendly is always a win), and I’ll report back once I’ve tested that properly.
