Hi ladies! I hope your week is going well and youāre staying warm āļø
Iāve added new recipes to the classroom for you to explore. Have a look and let us know which ones are going on your to-try list.
My personal favourites this month are the Buffalo Chicken and the bright purple soup. And yes, the colour is bold, but donāt let it put you off š If purple isnāt your thing, just swap the heirloom carrots for regular ones and itāll mellow right out.
That soup was actually created at a clientās request as a lighter alternative to a much-loved sausage recipe that was very high in saturated fat. Same comfort, better nutritional balance. Mission accomplished š
In the Resources section this month, youāll also find practical tools to help you get more out of doctor and healthcare appointments. These are tools Iāve used myself and with clients, and they genuinely make a difference.
Being organised and having information/questions written down saves time and helps your healthcare team support you more effectively, from investigations to referrals and treatment decisions.
As always, jump into the comments and share what youāre trying or whatās been useful for you š¬
