I’m always working on new recipes and resources for our lovely community classroom, and I want them to be genuinely useful for real life (not just nice ideas on paper).
If there’s something you’d love help with, please drop it in the comments below.
This could be:
👩‍🍳 Specific recipes (slow cooker, under-30-minute meals, easy lunches, higher-protein dinners, etc.)
🍲 Ingredient-based ideas (beans, lentils, rotisserie chicken, canned tuna/salmon, frozen veg)
📚 Guides or explainers you want things broken down on (carbs, fats, fibre, labels, blood sugar, cholesterol, supplements)
💕Or a real-life struggle you’re dealing with right now (low energy, cravings, time pressure, cooking fatigue, “what do I even eat?” moments)
Nothing is too small or too basic. If you’re thinking it, chances are others are too.
