I hope you’ve all had a restful break and are easing back into January in a way that feels supportive rather than rushed.
I have some exciting things coming your way inside the 40+ Kitchen this year, and I wanted to start by sharing what’s coming up first.
Starting this month, I’ll be running a 7-Day Brain Health Challenge exclusively for this community.
This is a short, practical brain-power training challenge, designed especially for midlife and menopausal brain fog. Each day you’ll be given one very simple, very doable task. Nothing time-consuming or overwhelming, I promise.
This isn’t about “fixing” your brain or adding more to your to-do list. It’s about:
  • Building awareness
  • Reinforcing small daily habits
  • Supporting focus, clarity, and mental energy
  • And reminding you why consistency with the basics really matters at this stage of life
Think of it as short daily check-ins that help keep your brain engaged, nourished, and supported. It's also something you can carry forward well beyond the 7 days. I’ll be sharing more details very soon.
