Slow Ghost 👻 in Action 🏎️
Things I like about this walk through: 1. Listening to Motörhead, 2. Sound of racquet head accelerating each swing, 3. (mostly) Watching the intended target and THEN moving, 4. Actually doing it, and 5. The feeling of progress session-over-session. Things I don't...per se: 1. Too much foot drag in the front corners, 2. My left-hand prep in the back swing of the backhand, 3. Forehand racquet head too low at impact, and 4. Many other things. This ghost program & coaching from Nick Sachvie is free and waiting for you in the Classroom 🥳
