- TEST IN. You're trying to improve your own strength and fitness, so the best benchmark is you - where you currently are.
- COMMIT TWO DAYS PER WEEK TO TRAINING. Game-changing improvements await if you can complete just 2 solid, structured workouts per week. You'll feel sharper after 3 weeks, and amazing after 6.
