Yo yo guys, ive been trying to be as authentic as possible and trying to see why i act like i do in certain situations that feel un authentic , ive spotted 1 of my child hood traumas and feel 100 times better and truly feel alot of weight taken of my shoulders. I would love to here how you could work with it from here now that ive spotted what the trauma is? How do i now untie the knot fully, how have you dealt with it?
