I’d like to share an insight and experience from the last few weeks with you — because I believe it’s incredibly powerful.
Here’s a simple but transformative practice that has completely changed my relationships — even with people I’ve struggled with:
Whenever you meet someone, silently say in your mind:"Thank you for this person. Thank you that they are here right now."Then picture them in your mind beaming with joy — smiling, laughing, radiant and happy, hug them in your imagiantion. Often, at first, there’s a slight feeling of resistance or silliness - please try it - but if you move through it, you’ll feel a kind of inner release, but in my experience that's the point where change happens on the inside - and the outside will follow by law.
This simple act dissolves judgment and fear — especially social anxiety. It opens your heart and deeply shifts your perception. Since I started doing this, all my relationships have improved almost magically — even with people I once had conflict with, there’s now so much more harmony in every interaction.
Seen through the lens of manifestation, it makes perfect sense: When you hold someone in your mind the way you wish to see them, reality eventually reflects that. The person you once felt resistance toward suddenly becomes a source of connection.
This practice doesn’t just change your relationships — it transforms your lens on life. It cultivates inner peace, joy, love, and abundance. And honestly, it’s one of the simplest tools for transformation I’ve ever found.
