Iโ€™m so excited for next Tuesdayโ€™s session already! is absolutely incredible and so knowledgeable. He accommodates to all fitness levels and knows your goals, strengths, weaknesses. I definitely feel like Iโ€™ve worked hard because I feel a bit achey, but not enough to stop my daily activities. No pain no gain ๐Ÿ˜‰
I woke up yesterday so drained all day, but I am genuinely so proud of myself for just moving without the motivation, and felt so much better after the session, and even better this morning ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป
It really is the case of showing up as the person you want to be! Taking small steps everyday will get you to your destination quicker than waiting for that motivation. And most of the time using energy gives you more energy ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š
