Hi love hope all is well🙏💚. Sadly Wednesdays and Thursdays are always tricky for me as in London with clients. So I’m sad to be missing this. Good luck 🙌🙌💚💚

See you in the morning mate 💚
Happy Friday 🤙
Quick one for the weekend… Don’t just “see what happens” over the next couple of days. That’s how you end up back on Monday feeling the same… or worse. Instead, plan one positive thing for yourself. Nothing massive.Just something that moves you forward even a little bit. Could be: - A gym session - A long walk with no phone - Time with someone who actually lifts you up - Sitting down and writing out what’s been on your mind - Trying something new instead of defaulting to the same routine - Why this matters: Most people live on autopilot.Same thoughts. Same habits. Same environments. If you don’t interrupt that cycle… nothing changes. But when you consciously choose something better, even once…you start proving to yourself that you’re in control again. That builds momentum.Momentum builds confidence.Confidence changes everything. You don’t need to fix your whole life this weekend.Just win one moment. So… what’s your one positive move this weekend? Drop it below 👇Let’s hold each other accountable

For me it’s learning to be still if I’m not well. Even though I’m £500 down for not going into London this week. I’ve rested and looked after myself and therefore healed much more quickly than in the past 🙏. Looking forward to a gentle session at the gym today 💚
Training Thursday
People joke about skipping leg day 😂 @Ben Bailey 😉. But lower-body strength is one of the most underrated pillars of health and longevity. Strong legs aren’t just about looking athletic. They’re about staying capable. They help you: • Walk further and move with ease• Climb stairs confidently• Get up from chairs, beds, or the floor without struggle• Maintain balance and reduce fall risk• Stay active, independent, and self-sufficient as you age• Keep doing the things you love for longer Your legs also contain some of the largest muscle groups in the body — glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves. Training them supports metabolism, insulin sensitivity, bone density, circulation, and overall resilience. Many people think aging means losing youth first. Often, it means losing strength and mobility first. That’s why leg training matters so much. You don’t need to be a powerlifter. Squats, lunges, step-ups, hill walks, stairs, cycling, and regular walking all count. Train your legs not just for today’s physique, but for tomorrow’s freedom. So yes… never skip leg day. Stand Strong my lovelies 💪🏼💚
