I just finished this part and as a person who has never counted how much of what is in my diet and rather focused on eating what is rich in Omega 3 for example, I was missing in some cases in what kind of food you find that particular thing. You have it at most places (when I read through it again), but as I was reading it felt like there was just a definition which isn’t anything relatable to me and difficult to comprehend and as tried to read through it I already forgot the example was mentioned earlier. Maybe another picture with a table of examples could be handy?
My suggestion as a person who reads the basics of nutrition chopped into smaller pieces (therefore I don’t know if all that is included at the end, but even if so) I would appreciate besides the definitions also the examples of food for each thing and in what amount you can find it in there. That might make it easier for me to remember what the heck is HDL and LDL and especially what should I practically do with that knowledge. I think like this is a great summary but without the practical aspect I feel like memorising where is Laos on the map for the 5th time (as it has no meaning to me personally).
I hope it might help. Also I felt like the picture with thumbs up and down for omega 3 and 6 with question mark doesn’t belong there as there are no illustration photos during the whole thing, just a very convenient tables, so I would stick with that format.
