Basics of nutrition - Macros details/frequency/timing
I just finished this part and as a person who has never counted how much of what is in my diet and rather focused on eating what is rich in Omega 3 for example, I was missing in some cases in what kind of food you find that particular thing. You have it at most places (when I read through it again), but as I was reading it felt like there was just a definition which isn’t anything relatable to me and difficult to comprehend and as tried to read through it I already forgot the example was mentioned earlier. Maybe another picture with a table of examples could be handy? My suggestion as a person who reads the basics of nutrition chopped into smaller pieces (therefore I don’t know if all that is included at the end, but even if so) I would appreciate besides the definitions also the examples of food for each thing and in what amount you can find it in there. That might make it easier for me to remember what the heck is HDL and LDL and especially what should I practically do with that knowledge. I think like this is a great summary but without the practical aspect I feel like memorising where is Laos on the map for the 5th time (as it has no meaning to me personally). I hope it might help. Also I felt like the picture with thumbs up and down for omega 3 and 6 with question mark doesn’t belong there as there are no illustration photos during the whole thing, just a very convenient tables, so I would stick with that format.

Who am I and why I am here?
Hi there, I’m 23, studying the 5th year at the university to be a Geography and Physical Education teacher, currently being on erasmus in Ljubljana (Slovenia). I was lucky to have very supportive parents in all I did and received some gifts from God which I don’t deserve but helped me to be quite successful in different sports and also music at the same time. And as I fought with injuries (while playing on the competitive level) since I was 9 years old I had enough time to realise I don’t want to bet all in one sport and instead I tried to excel in as many things as possible which I found to be pretty useful now when I want to be a teacher and motivate others not just in sports but in their overall wellbeing. I joined this community as I haven’t learned too many valuable things at the university so I found almost all the useful information I use these days on the internet on my own. This platform can serve me as a place to factcheck all these information and I wanted to see how successful and useful this project will be so that I can get inspired by the content and how it works and see the benefits of this format as well as it’s downsides (and potentially use that information in my future job). Wish you all to achieve what you came here for!
My intro 👋📈
Hello everyone 👋 My name is Matěj and I am 17 years old. I am athlete since I was a lil Kiddo. I mainly play football ⚽️ (for 13 years), but I love every kind of sport⚡️. In last two years I really got interested into working out in gym. I started with it, because I felt It could help me with better football performance and I wanted to feel and look better 📈. I am also very ambitious guy 🚀. I want to study something with sports, but don't know what exactly yet. My dream would be physiotherapy. If You miss something about me here, don't be shy to write me 😉 Nice to meet you everyone and I am really happy to be part of this project! ⚡️📈

Glad to see someone young like you, Matěj, here in this project. I'm quite sure you will get much more value from this platform/community than what you have learned so far in PE classes throughout the whole school 😁💪
