Low level meditator looking for new tricks
Up to this point, meditation for me has been 'Begin again' and 'Observe the contents of consciousness' but don't engage with it, just observe how sounds, thoughts, feelings, innerย voice, etc. arise and then fall away - and try to find the 'center' of consciousness and then not find it. I love the peace that I feel when I meditate, and I am looking to grow in my meditation practice.
Where to start?
I've been thinking of really getting started on meditation, like 10 min a day. Where/What do you recommend starting?
