Where to start?
I've been thinking of really getting started on meditation, like 10 min a day. Where/What do you recommend starting?

One of the most common questions. The answer is surprisingly simple (or AN answer, at least). ---Increase your motivation--- 1) Learn the benefits of meditation 2) Determine why YOU want to meditate. 3) Establish that meditation will work for that issue. 4) Set a specific time - morning is best for several reasons (before other stuff interferes, mind is fresh and open, & if you get sidetracked, you have all day to still do your session). 4a) - I need this time undisturbed 5) Create a dedicated space - tell family 6) Learn the technique. 7) Learn how to improve your meditation over time. 8) Finally - commit to 21 days every day practice. If you miss a day, simply extend it one day. This develops a habit. Watch the video series on getting a good practice.

Low level meditator looking for new tricks
Up to this point, meditation for me has been 'Begin again' and 'Observe the contents of consciousness' but don't engage with it, just observe how sounds, thoughts, feelings, innerĀ voice, etc. arise and then fall away - and try to find the 'center' of consciousness and then not find it. I love the peace that I feel when I meditate, and I am looking to grow in my meditation practice.
