If you know me, you know I do not trust modern medicine or doctors for 95% of anything health related. For acute things and surgery yes, it can be helpful... for everything else, there is NATURE. I've been going through an immensely challenging time personally, and my whole system feels it. As a holistic health practitioner & nutritionist, I made myself a comprehensive recovery protocol, and decided to share it with you in case you may need it too. My priorities currently: 1. 🚫🍷I've Been Sober For...
1 Year, 3 Months, and 2 Days or 458 days - One Day at a Time I'm both mentally and physically more healthy, and more clear on my path and purpose in life. I am fortunate to have the support of family and friends, and I am supremely grateful for AA. I am making changes in my eating habits as well, and my anxiety has decreased tremendously. My Sobriety date was September 1st 2024 and later that month I joined my first Skool group for growing my YouTube Channel. Since then I've 10x'd my subscribers and launched my own Skool group for my business and my niche as a True Sidereal Astrologer. I've gotten a couple new readings over the past couple of weeks, and my reach is world wide. Wishing everyone here love and wellness this December! You are never too old to live a better life.
