Sourdough Improvement Certification Roadmap
Good morning bakers!
Here are the criteria we're using for the 4 tiers of the Sourdough Improvement certification journey. This is designed to reinforce and reward the three most valuable aspects of this community: engagement, excellence, and expertise.
The first is valuable engagement with each other. When you post or comment on others' posts in this community and get likes, those translate into points and ultimately levels. Skool designed communities this way to encourage meaningful interaction and engagement.
The second is your personal commitment to better baking and the pursuit of excellence. Requesting a BreadScore and putting those insights into practice until you achieve a score of 80 or better is proof that you are growing and improving as a sourdough baker.
The third is sharing expertise with each other. Initially, this is reflected in the engagement points you earn when others like what you share in the community. Over time as your own knowledge and confidence increases, I expect many members to step into a true leadership role teaching and instructing others.
