If forgiveness feels impossible, try acceptance instead.
Forgiveness isnโt always possible, and thatโs okay. Some wounds run too deep, and expecting someone to just โlet it goโ isnโt fair. Instead, try acceptance. It doesnโt mean what happened was okayit just means you stop fighting the past and focus on your peace. Acceptance lets you set boundaries without guilt. You donโt have to welcome people back into your life, but you also donโt have to carry anger forever. You can let go and still protect yourself. At the end of the day, your peace matters most.
