How to stay accountable to your habits
My vid on this! This is very important I tell yous how to stay accountable, as this is how you will actually stay consistent and see results in your healing / mental health journey. You can use this template here. A habit tracker is just a page, it can be done physical or digitally, I recommend physical, as you can see in the picture attached, just put the month and year at the top header, then at the side number the days of the month. Then below the header write your habits like HT (healing trauma) and etc, then write boxes below that, and add as many habits as you want, and simply tick it of you done it and tick an x or leave it blank of you didnโ€™t. Very important you do this of you want to see real results in your healing journey and whatnot.

Top 5 ways to bring up past unprocessed emotion
My vid on this Want to know how to bring up your past unprocessed emotion, so you can heal from your past traumaโ€™s, of so this is the post for you! Here are the top 5 ways: 1. Journal about it, this is the most common one, basically just journal about what ever specific past unhealed trauma it is you want to heal, it is that simple. 2. Think / visualise, this is the one I use the most personally, basically just rewatching the mental movie of the incident playing out again, and thinking / meditating deeply on it. 3. Write the story, similar to the journaling one, you can literally just write out the whole story of your trauma, this works best for significant unprocessed emotions, like of your whole life you had family trauma. 4. Videoโ€™s, this is a strange one, but it works, basically recording videos of yourself talking about your past traumaโ€™s, that can really help to bring up the past emotion. 5. Talk about it, you do this only with a very trusted friend or family member, and make sure that you know they would be accepting and understanding of you break down crying and stuff. Hope this helped!

Why you feel empty despite success ๐Ÿค”
My video on this post! There are a lot of people who achieve successโ€ฆ And a lot of those who do, still feel empty. Why??? I will tell you why as someone, who knows people like this close to me in my family, and the people I help online. The most common reason is unhealed trauma, AKA a dysregulated nervous system. The reason why this makes successful people still feel empty is because of how it makes them operate out of the wrong desire, and have a vengeful mindset to those who give this trauma to them, and no matter how much money they make they will still feel empty until they heal. Healing trauma is vital.

Unhealed trauma can have serious consequencesโ€ฆ
My vid on this! I donโ€™t mean to scare anyone with this post, but this is the truth, of you do not heal your trauma, later on it can really have bad effects. Want to know why most people kill, shoot up schools and etc. It is because most of the time of not basically every time, cause of this. For example the kid in school who gets bullied tremendously who never heals his trauma from it. That is the one who will most likely do something insane and crazy like shoot up that schoolโ€ฆ This is why I believe my message is so important, on the micro, it just makes you less happy, less successful, but on the macro, murders can happen, horrible stuff like school shootings and whatnot. Remember unprocessed emotions can become very dangerous of not processed by healing, try never to bottle anything up and process these emotions in healthy ways.

Top 5 ways to process unprocessed emotion!
My video on this! Unprocessed emotions holds us back, just in cases you donโ€™t know, unprocessed emotion creates a dysregulated nervous system, which makes you be in a constant state of survival mode, and it messes up tons of areas of your life, and in this post I want to show you the top 5 ways to process this stuff. 1. Shaking, this is the one I must commonly use, whenever I bring up a past unprocessed emotion, I like to shake for a couple minutes, and that weirdly enough works to process the specific trauma I am trying to heal. 2. Exercise, this is a cool one, I have never done it, but of you meditate on a past trauma, sometimes to process your emotion from that, the gym can work great for that. 3. Let it all out, this is the best one and is the one we should be aiming for every time we try heal our trauma, basically this one is all about just letting yourself cry or whatever after your bring up the past unhealed trauma, this is great, aim for this. 4. Breathwork, I have heard of people who bring up their past unprocessed emotion, then they heal by doing breathwork, and that helps them regulate. 5. Cold exposure, this is the final one, and before I explain this one I just want to say, get creative with this, a load of weird random things you would not expect work to process your emotion, cold exposure can work wonders, to heal your trauma. Hope this helped.
