The Bigger The Resistance The More Aligned You Are 🔥

Happy Monday.

I wanted to quickly drop a message that came to mind and has recently been revealed and confirmed to me. Have a read and let me know if you can relate or if the message resonates.

I know there is a lot in the air right now.

Whether personally or more generally.

We are all going through a transformation and especially for those in this community this one should hit.

Here it is.

The bigger the resistance the more aligned you are.

And I am sure if you stop and look back and reflect on your own life you will find this to be true.

Think about the decisions that turned out to be the most important and most aligned for you.

The ones that led to real growth and real change.

Were they easy.

Probably not.

The most aligned decisions we can make for ourselves are almost always the ones that require us to move through the greatest amount of resistance first.

When you step into a new timeline the old identity that was associated with your old life is going to try to pull you back.

Your nervous system is going to pull you back towards what is familiar. Because familiarity equals safety.

And the body does not know the difference between a new beginning and a threat.

But stepping into a new version of yourself requires you to understand that the only thing you can control is how you choose to show up for that new timeline.

Are you fully committed to the new identity.

Are you releasing the limiting beliefs that kept the old version of you in place.

Are you willing to step away from the environments, friendships and relationships that no longer serve who you are becoming.

Because here is the truth that most people miss.

The reason so many people cannot fully step into their new identity is because the old one feels safe.

It is all they have ever known.

And when you step into something new it can feel like your entire world is falling apart.

But it is not falling apart.

You are re calibrating.

And that is actually a really good sign.

Do not mistake re calibration for misalignment.

Those difficult moments. The discomfort. The uncertainty.

The feeling that something is off. That is not a sign that you are on the wrong path.

That is a sign that you are being asked to fully commit to the new version of yourself that is emerging.

The greater the alignment the more pushback you will receive.

The things that are deeply meant for you are going to ask the most of you.

Do not let that scare you.

The resistance is not a stop sign. It is a confirmation. 🔥
