I'm exploring an idea to help us all connect, share expertise, and learn from each other more effectively.
The Idea
I'm thinking of starting a Shared Community Calendar (using Zoom or a similar tool). This would serve two main purposes:
- Centralized Webinars: One single place to find and schedule all community-wide webinars and training sessions.
- Specialty Groups: Launching focused, weekly "mastermind" groups where members can dive deep into a specific topic.
How Specialty Groups Would Work
Imagine small, dedicated groups meeting weekly to share real-world stories, exchange practical ideas, and hold each other accountable.
- Example 1: The "AI Voice" Group
- Example 2: The "Cold Callers" Group
We could have groups for anything—content creation, sales funnels, SEO, leadership, client management, etc.
To make this work, each group would need a volunteer "Specialty Leader" to facilitate the weekly call and keep the discussion on track.
