So in my latest business "Gentle Estate Transitions", I'm doing the live business build walk through on YouTube and I came across a property that's going up for sale in the next 4-5 weeks. With probate the estate gets liquidated for cash that is then distributed to the heirs. The law firm responsible for estate is not as concerned about getting top dollar as they are about efficiency and professionalism.
I'm thinking about offering up my services being local to the probate attorney to find them a cash buyer/wholesaler. Who wants in?
I know you guys are in real estate, not sure if anyone else is familiar with wholesaling?
I don't have too many details but willing to have a chat if you're interested.
