Start Here — How to Use This Space
Welcome. Here is how this community works. 𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗧𝗔𝗕𝗦 𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 The feed you are looking at now. Use it for reflections, questions, and responses to practice prompts. You are never required to post. 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 Courses and practice recordings. Start with Return to the Body (free, 7 days). The Foundations of Somatic Relating course is also there. 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿 The weekly live session. Every Friday. Link is posted there each week. This is the heart of the community. 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 75 minutes, every Friday. Not a lecture. A held practice space. You do not need to prepare, share, or perform. Showing up is enough. 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗗𝗢 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 1. Read the Community Agreements (pinned above this post). 2. Go to the Classroom and start Day 1 of Return to the Body. 3. Check the Calendar for the next Friday session. That is it. Everything else will become clear.
