I was in a little texting convo with our lovely @Rositsa Aleksandrova yesterday and of course, got to thinking about change. Change is inevitable. Weather changes. Bodies change. Families change. Whole damn cultures change. On a personal level we have a lot of power to change. I’ve spent plenty of years trying to outrun parts of where I came from. Some of that was necessary. Individuation matters. But sometimes we reject things (our past, our families, our religion etc) so hard, we throw the baby out with the bathwater and miss the gold hidden inside. 💛 So ask yourself: are you changing because you hate something… or because something truer wants to be revealed? Big difference. What in your life is asking to be released—and what is asking to be reclaimed?
