Today, my friends, marks 8 weeks of NO ALCOHOL or TOBACCO 🌈👁️ 🟰 I feel better - more clear, more energetic and MORE FIRE!! ❤️‍🔥 I knew I couldn't drink and effectively raise my kids, so I quit for over 15 years ❤️‍🔥Now I am raising a NEW BABY - The Somatic Pleasure process and MoVeMenT 🥰 🐒🍇(Be assured that we are a healthy cult and are creating a movement to change the world)🌍🍉 So I am celebrating this shift and in the last 🎱 weeks I have: 🤡Stopped drink coffee and and am quitting all caffeine ☕️ 🍉Started a daily, morning meditation that I share with you...
