Aloneness
Aloneness is not the absence of people. It's the presence of yourself, undiluted. Most of us spend a lifetime arranging noise around us so we never have to sit in that presence for long: conversations, screens, obligations, other people's needs. But underneath the fear of being alone is usually a quieter fear: that if no one else is watching, we won't like who we find. The truth is the opposite. Aloneness, entered fully, isn't empty. It's the Zero Point, the ground beneath all the roles you play. It's where the Witness in you finally gets to speak without being talked over. What feels like abandonment from the outside is often an invitation from the inside: come home to the one relationship you've been avoiding your whole life, the one with yourself.

♥️💥 At the end of our call on Friday, I brought up the idea of having a workshop to dive deeper into the Somatic Pleasure Blueprint, and the Four Pillars and to run it has a ❤️‍🔥 SEEK PEEK 👀 into the Premium Membership.....🤩 My thought is to do a seven day ⭐️free trial⭐️ ..... so all the members can get a taste of what happens in the premium container. 🍒 It would include a 1-hour meet&greet the first day and you would receive your assignment. 🍒 We would met again for 90min. on day three to see where everyone is and answer questions 🍒 Then on the 7th Day we would have another 90min meeting to discuss outcomes, answer further questions and talk about next steps..... The only real question here is when..... so LET'S TAKE A VOTE!!

Moonlit Breath
Some of us are still feeling the beautiful energy of the Strawberry Full Moon from earlier this month, and I was wondering how it feels now? Is her energy softening within? Have you released and if so, how do you feel now, lighter, more peaceful, relieved? Most often we find that we didn't realize how heavy it had become until we released what was no longer ours to carry. Unpacking that backpack feels good. The shoulders soften, the back straightens and the soul... well the soul feels brighter. Everything begins to align. I thought I would share an old poem of mine. I hope you enjoy it and perhaps share what has shifted with your moonlit breath. Moonlit Breath Breathe beneath the moon’s watchful gaze and let your heart soften. Its gentle light spills over what tensions you carry. The night whispers that you are seen and held. The inhale draws calm, the exhale releases what is heavy. Each cycle of breath mirrors lunar rhythm and flow. Each pause invites stillness into restless corners. The body remembers how to surrender with ease. The soul opens to quiet, tender understanding. Softness does not ask you to change or fix. It only asks you to be present, fully here. Through breath, you meet the moon’s serene guidance. Can you ride intensity without letting it run your life?
A big day can light you up—emotion, insight, momentum, visibility, new direction. Then comes the drop. Don’t panic. Don’t make a story out of it. Learn to read the wave. This is the work: build the capacity to hold charge, recover your center, and find the gold instead of crashing into the abyss. Focus sharpens. Clarity returns. You get stronger. Where are you being asked to ride the wave instead of react to it?
