What does taboo actually mean to you? Not the dictionary version—but the felt sense. The edge. The thing you don’t say out loud, the impulse you second-guess, the curiosity you keep just under the surface. Where do you notice that line in your body… and what happens when you get close to it? Is it always or only sexual? And if it is, what makes it taboo to you? In this space, we’re not here to shock or be tittering teenager —we’re here to understand. Taboo often points to sensation, charge, and parts of ourselves that haven’t been explored with awareness. So I’m curious… what feels taboo for you right now—and why? Is taboo......

Pleasure first, then trauma
Focusing obsessively on trauma can keep people stuck rather than help them shift, because attention reinforces the very state they’re trying to escape. Instead, the emphasis should be on changing internal state through simple, accessible tools like breath, movement, nourishment, and experiences of pleasure. By building the capacity to feel better first, unresolved material will naturally surface in a way that can actually be integrated rather than just analyzed.
