Day 55 - Morning Meditation - Agendas, we all got'm ... having discernment
"There is no value in not having a boundary." Today I chatted about the idea of agendas and people coming at you with their own agenda, conscious, or unconscious. And each of us being very aware of any hidden agendas of our own and being as honest with ourselves as possible about that. Drop a comment or any questions or discussions.... it has the possibility of being a good Conversation. We are now up to 35 minutes and starting at 5:15 AM.

‼️♥️🐒 When was the last time you received and gave a really good, long hug (not a weird creepy hug), to a friend or loved one. How many hugs did you get/give today?? ❤️‍🔥‼️♥️ 🙄 Sitting here in my dining room, on a computer, I am fully reminded of the lack of intimate human contact. And I know I am not the only one…🙄🤗 ‼️‼️♥️ Think about this: - A 20-second hug releases oxytocin, boosting trust, safety, and connection. - Hugging lowers cortisol, helping ease stress and support overall well-being. - Self-soothing touch—like a hand on your heart—creates the same calming benefits anytime. ❤️‍🔥🍒❤️‍🔥 Your 20-Second Hug Challenge: (from the Imogen Bailey Honouring Heart Substack) Try this in your next circle (or with a friend/loved one, or solo with a pillow for practice!): 1. Set a timer for 20 seconds. 2. Embrace fully—heart to heart. 3. Breathe in sync: Inhale for 4, hold 4, exhale 4. 4. Release and share one word on how you feel. The other day I had a little discussion with @Rositsa Aleksandrova 🍉🍉🍉about the importance of sleep.💤 😴🚀 I don't think I need to say it, but I'm going to anyway… SLEEP IS YOUR BEST FRIEND .... PERIOD There are many factors that contribute to you getting a good nights sleep and getting real rest. It is also one of the factors amongst many in having a healthy life 👽 and having clear thinking 💭🤔💖 and the capacity to focus 🧘🏼‍♀️🖕❤️‍🔥 and longevity. 🏄🏼‍♂️🐒❤️‍🔥 What do you do to insure a good nights sleep??
