Emotional Neutrality?
Dear all - I am realizing that both now and in the past that when asked how I am feeling that I often feel neutral, present, here, engaged. Nothing is getting my attention.
I am wondering if this is an indication of not paying attention to or being connected to my body or if this is possible to just be neutral? Even looking through the feelings wheel and apps I have often not identified with any of the word choices.
I am curious if when I hit this moment if it is an indication/signal that I am out of touch with my body and too much in my head, or if it is a good sign - all systems are baseline and running right along?
Has anyone had experience with this?
