This week showed me that I AM someone who face the truth, by recognizing my current state, where I am, and what needs to change. I intend to progress by taking one step at a time. Its overwhelming seeing the work I have to do on myself. Knowing myself, for me to succeed, I have to take one step at a time. I choose to show up even when I don't feel like it. I hope one day I will come to this mesage and say weldone Dee!

I chose change and to be consistent not for anyone or gain accolades but for self. Becoming who I AM even without anyone watching.
