Some people send their resume for a review, but once I say it needs a revamp, communication stops. I want to be clear about this.
If I say your resume needs a revamp, it’s because it clearly needs one. This is not criticism; it’s professional feedback based on recruiter and ATS standards.
A resume review is meant to:
- Point out real gaps and weak areas
- Explain what is working and what is not
- Help improve your chances of getting interviews
Not every resume needs changes. Some resumes are already strong, and I will always say that honestly.
The goal is clarity and results, not judgment.
