A quick note for job seekers
Some people send their resume for a review, but once I say it needs a revamp, communication stops. I want to be clear about this. If I say your resume needs a revamp, it’s because it clearly needs one. This is not criticism; it’s professional feedback based on recruiter and ATS standards. A resume review is meant to: - Point out real gaps and weak areas - Explain what is working and what is not - Help improve your chances of getting interviews Not every resume needs changes. Some resumes are already strong, and I will always say that honestly. The goal is clarity and results, not judgment. If you want a resume review or a full revamp, send your resume to davisaddison3262@gmail.com
What Recruiters Really Look for in a Resume
Most resumes fail for one simple reason: they don’t answer the employer’s question. Recruiters are not asking, “What have you done?” They are asking, “Why should we hire you?” Small changes in wording, structure, and focus can completely improve your resume. Quick question: What do you struggle with most on your resume? - Writing work experience - Choosing the right keywords - Making it look professional - Getting interviews Comment below I’m currently offering a FREE resume review. Send your resume to davisaddison326@gmail.com and let’s improve it.

It’s a New Year Let’s Talk About Your Resume/CV
It’s a new year And for many people, that means new goals, new jobs, and better opportunities. If you’re planning to apply for jobs this year, there’s something important you should know: Your resume is usually not read by a human first; it's scanned by a system. This is why: - You can be highly qualified and still get rejected - Your experience can be strong but poorly presented - Small mistakes can stop your resume from getting interviews As a professional resume writer, I’ve reviewed hundreds of resumes, and the biggest issue I see isn’t lack of experience; it’s lack of strategy. A strong resume should: - Match the language of the job description - Be ATS-compliant so it gets seen - Clearly show results, not just duties Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing: - Common resume mistakes job seekers make - Simple ways to improve your resume - Practical tips to help you stand out in today’s job market If you’re job hunting or planning a career move this year, you’re in the right place. For consultations, feel free to send me a direct message or email me at collinsgrace505@gmail.com. Feel free to drop your questions in the comments; I’m happy to help.
