Resume writing is what i do best
Hello everyone, hope you’re doing well. It’s been a while since I’ve been active here. I’ve been quite busy lately reviewing resumes and giving feedback to job seekers who feel stuck and aren’t getting responses from their applications. In the past few days alone, I’ve reviewed over 100 resumes, and honestly I was surprised by what many people are applying with, about 60 of them don’t even meet the standard of a professional document. Your resume is your first impression, and sometimes the problem isn’t your skills.

Resume tips
For software engineers, a technically sound resume isn't enough, it must clearly demonstrate value and impact. Recruiters and hiring managers look for more than coding skills. They want evidence of: - Scalable solutions that improved performance or reduced costs - Leadership in cross-functional teams or mentorship - Innovative problem-solving with measurable outcomes - Contributions to open-source or community projects For example, instead of: "Developed features for web applications." Try: "Built scalable React components that improved page load times by 30%, reducing user drop-off." A strong software engineering resume should balance technical skill with strategic results. If you’re unsure your resume reflects that, I’m happy to help optimize it for clarity, credibility, and results. Let’s make sure your next opportunity sees your full value. Résumé Tips
Real pain points Cybersecurity pros often face while job hunting: 1. Too many certifications required: Job postings ask for CISSP, CISO, CEH, CompTIA+... even for entry-level roles. 2. Experience paradox: “Entry-level” jobs still require 2–3 years of experience, leaving newbies stuck. 3. Project portfolio gap: Not having real-world projects or case studies makes it hard to stand out. 4. ATS blocking good resumes: Poor formatting or lack of keywords means resumes never get seen. 5. Unclear impact: Cybersecurity pros struggle to quantify their results, like “reduced breach risk by 30%.” 6. Generic resumes: Sending the same resume to every job instead of tailoring it to each posting. 7. Soft skills overlooked: Communication, problem-solving, and risk assessment are key but often hard to convey on a resume. 8. Silence from recruiters: No feedback or updates after applying or interviewing. Want help breaking through these barriers? I help Cybersecurity pros build results-driven, ATS-friendly resumes and job strategies that get attention.
