Introductions

Hello and happy new year to all! My name is John Ondrey. I am a family man, elementary band director, church musician, scouter, lover of history, lover of cooking and fine wine, and still learning about health and fitness after starting the journey 13 years ago.

I would like to thank Andrew Kimbrell for inviting me to this group. I have been on the other page for about 45 days and I’ve certainly picked up a few pointers. It will be nice to be in a smaller more intimate setting.
