Tips on Reducing No Shows
Hey gang - been running my agency now for 6 months and the biggest bottleneck in my sales process has been the no shows to meetings.
Im in the home improvements niche so a lot of the business owners aren't as keen to hop on a meeting as other industries, but regardless by i'm getting about 50-60% no shows, reschedules and cancellations.
Once I book a call I:
  • Send email with details for meeting
  • Send google meets invite (separate email)
  • Send reminder text to their mobile the afternoon before
  • Occasionally send reminder text a couple hours before If I haven't heard from them
Im doing as much follow up/reminders I can be doing bordering on being a pest and still getting a lot that wont show up, if something even slightly important pops up for them.
Any tips on things I can say at the end of the cold call or in the emails/texts to give them extra incentive to show up?
Considering just doing phone call meetings from here on out as they are often on site working and new script doesn't need any visuals/slides.
