This means we need to find clarity. The software shows you where to focus. The books walk you through what you need to know. The AI helps you take action on that one thing. The software then confirms your ready for whats next. This is a specific feedback loop that applies to not just your business but the current problems you are facing. This is not a "course" you start at the beginning and finish at the end. This is a ecosystem of "find out whats wrong and fix just that one thing" The calls, community answers, classrooms, AI model, books and software are just here to show you there is more than one way to understand something. After I finish the classrooms then I will stop building and start growing the community. I need to find out what is missing before I start building again. The goal is 10,000 members this year. Had a great one on one call with Will this week. Talked about overall game plan for starting this year off right. I've got a doable, but challenging task of reaching out to 25 LinkedIn contacts everyday in the video game industry. Hearing about Will's experiences really got me to want to try to give it my all on this networking thing, I'll be back next week with an update on how it goes!

In this video, I provide updates on our software's progress, particularly focusing on the initial assessment process. You'll start with a questionnaire consisting of two initial questions, followed by 18 additional questions that will direct you to your dashboard for a quick grading of your business level. We've added a progress bar and the ability to retake assessments, which will help you see your improvements and what areas need more work. After retaking, each product card will be color-coded based on your new responses, giving you clear insights into your progress. I encourage you to engage with these features and keep track of your advancements.
