We have many new members starting this month. I have not spoken with some of you, but here is where this community is at and the updates this month.

UPDATES TO THE COMMUNITY

BOOKS:

I have finished turning the Mini 9 book series into videos and exercises over the past few months. They are all recorded and the classroom MVP is complete! It's far from perfect but it gets the basics across. Now its time to grow! I will be helping 100 people every day in skool until we hit our goal or the skool network gets us there.

SOFTWARE:

The software has also being updated to be linked to the books and videos, all in one place. (You can you see this in customer success currently) This way, this community is linked to everything. Over time, we will link posts and answers to the classroom and software. You will use the software as a "Report Card" to assess your starting point and progress report as you re-test. AI CO-BUILDER:

CLASSROOM:

All the classroom videos have been recorded and uploaded. Some come with guides and all are attached to your CO-Builder AI! (This AI takes the books and applies it to your business) The billion dollar framework has a next step showing how the classroom works and gives access to the software and AI Co-Builder. Learn the Lingo has been marked out until you reach lvl 2 to keep everyone focused. After a few days every classroom will open up. The goal is to not give you everything all at once.

ABOUT PAGE: We have updated a few images to show more of what's on the inside of the community and some of the business owners I have met and had dinner with.

The big difference in this community is that everything is built towards one thing. Action.

This means we need to find clarity. The software shows you where to focus. The books walk you through what you need to know. The AI helps you take action on that one thing. The software then confirms you're ready for what's next.

This is a specific feedback loop that applies to not just your business but the current problems you are facing.

This is not a "course" you start at the beginning and finish at the end.

This is an ecosystem of "find out what's wrong and fix just that one thing"

The calls, community answers, classrooms, AI model, books and software are just here to show you there is more than one way to understand something.

Now that the books, software, and classrooms are finished, the goal is to focus on growing the community. I need to find out what is missing before I start building again. The goal is 10,000 members this year. I am not sure how we will get there, but with your help we can.

My ask is that everyone go through the classroom and give me your feedback on what confuses you or something else that would really help.
