Pivot
There are numerous entry points into any industry. I was able to get my foot in the door and develop my skills enough to demonstrate my capabilities. Now, I am considering a transition into an adjacent field within the industry. This move would position me for greater opportunities in terms of experience and networking, which would, in turn, support my personal endeavors.

We Grew 48% last month. Here is our current plan & updates.
Hi Everyone, We have many new members starting this month. I have not spoken with some of you, but here is where this community is at and the updates this month. UPDATES TO THE COMMUNITY BOOKS: I have finished turning the Mini 9 book series into videos and exercises over the past few months. They are all recorded and the classroom MVP is complete! It's far from perfect but it gets the basics across. Now its time to grow! I will be helping 100 people every day in skool until we hit our goal or the skool network gets us there. SOFTWARE: The software has also being updated to be linked to the books and videos, all in one place. (You can you see this in customer success currently) This way, this community is linked to everything. Over time, we will link posts and answers to the classroom and software. You will use the software as a "Report Card" to assess your starting point and progress report as you re-test. If you have not checked out the software, please take a peek. https://focus-for-fortune.lovable.app/ AI CO-BUILDER: I updated the model to ask you more questions about your business before it helps build anything. I also have examples of how it successfully made something for a fake business in each classroom. Click here to try it out. https://chatgpt.com/g/g-6930ccdaa16881918f203c2700dddddb-margin-makers-ai-co-builder CLASSROOM: All the classroom videos have been recorded and uploaded. Some come with guides and all are attached to your CO-Builder AI! (This AI takes the books and applies it to your business) The billion dollar framework has a next step showing how the classroom works and gives access to the software and AI Co-Builder. Learn the Lingo has been marked out until you reach lvl 2 to keep everyone focused. After a few days every classroom will open up. The goal is to not give you everything all at once. CALENDAR: We still do our meet ups on Wed at 7pm CST. A few core guys always show. Even if you once can show for 15min and you join late. We would love to have you. https://www.skool.com/smb-4153/calendar

Back Where I Started...
Originally I joined this Skool to try to learn how to grow my Videography Business, but starting to work with Will I discovered I didn't really know what I was wanting. The more I pushed at the topic the more lost I felt. Ultimately I reached a decision to move away from video and try to see if there was another path I wanted to venture down. Some of you may have seen the video game I have been toying around with making. It has been a lot of fun, but I saw that this new industry would come with a whole new set of different problems to face. Not only that, but I would be a beginner starting from the starting line. My mind started to drift back to videography and how I already had experience in the industry, a foothold so to speak. After some time away and really getting to think about the direction I wanted to go, I've decided to get back into video work. Like I said though, I am back where I started when I joined this Skool. Excited for the update that comes next week as I have a lot to do after the weekly meeting we had. I feel recharged and ready to tackle some of these problems head on! See you next week.

Nobody warned me how mentally exhausting running a "successful" small business would be
"Question I received today." From the outside, things look good. Revenue is steady. Clients are happy. Bills get paid. I'm not drowning anymore, which I'm grateful for. But mentally? I feel more tired now than when I was barely surviving. It's not the work itself. I actually enjoy the work. It's the constant decision making with no off switch. Every day it's something small that quietly stacks. Pricing tweaks. One difficult customer. A hire that's good but not great. A cost increase you didn't plan for. A gut feeling you can't fully explain. There's no boss to say "vou're overthinking this." No coworker to share the weight. Even when vou have people around you, the final call is still yours. And if it goes wrong, that's on you too. What messes with me is that people assume once your business is "working" the stress goes away. It doesn't. It just changes shape. Less panic, more background pressure. I don't regret starting at all. I just wish someone had told me that a big part of growth is learning how to sit with uncertainty without letting it eat you alive.

That is the skillset owners have and get paid for. Most team members ask "why do they get paid that?" The answer is simple. They solve for a higher-level problem. Stress also comes from uncertainty. This goes away with practice over time. The thought of "There is always something going on" changes into "What is the one thing that drives the business forward if I let everything else burn for one day or one week etc. Letting some things burn is part of the process. The trick is not to look at all of them and stress because its not perfect. The only constant is that something will go wrong in your eyes.
