Question about submitting JV off a bad call
Just wanted to make sure I heard right at the end of today's call, if I have a PPL lead, and I had my VA call and the call doesn't go well, we can submit that lead as a JV?
My VA called one yesterday and the guy got mad at the end because he had received so many calls and just said over an offer and hung up. He did submit his info though. Not sure the motivation is strong for a cash offer though. Seems like someone who just wants to see what's out there but will probably list. It's a decent house that he's owned for a long time and is moving out of state.
