Managing Data and Dialer
My primary lead generation strategy has been cold calling using the ReadyMode dialer. However, I’ve noticed that some days the connection is great and I get a lot of good responses, while other days the response rate drops and I encounter many wrong numbers with longer wait times. I’m curious — how are you managing and segmenting your data to generate the highest number of motivated leads from the dialer? Is there a specific number of times you call a list before retiring it? I’m looking for a benchmark, as last month I had a high dial count but a low contact rate.
