Land deals

So one of my agents came in to the office, she knows im getting into investing because I mentioned it to her a couple weeks ago. She does a lot of land deals. I asked her if she has access to county auctions for tax deed sales.. she said yes but she just doesn't have the cash to buy.. i told her I've got the cash so let's get set up for auctions and partner on the flip when we list them. Win/win for both of us but it was because I made the connection and opened up the conversation like our sensei kevin and aidelys taught us. Now we are looking for dirt to flip 🤑🤑
