A win for the day!
Hey I have a win for the day that Id like to share !! So I started building my buyers list and called the owner of a vacant property that I've seen in passing a few times, turns out he owns quite a few and is willing to work with me.. To God be the glory. I was nervous at first but then I remembered Aidelys's advice "What's the worst that could actually happen?" Praying for all the best.
