$73k Assignment Fee for my 1ST DEAL!

Wholesaling was something I never considered getting into. I thought it was one of those activities that was very risky and that you had to put a lot of money into. As a licensed agent, I also thought it was something I wasn't allowed to do!

After meeting Aidelys and hearing her experience, she inspired me to join the SML community. Thank god I did! The resources in this community helped me learn the game quickly. I did the courses, showed up on the Friday calls, and was able to bounce my thoughts of both Kevin and Aidelys.

If I hadn't joined this community, I wouldn't have been aware of any wholesale opportunities that came my way. I took action and was able to make a $8,000 listing agent commission turn into a $73k assignment fee!! Hopefully the first of many 😁. Let's get it SML!!
